Shipping policy

Our company processes all orders between Monday and Friday. Your order will typically ship out from the warehouse within 1-2 business days from the date of placing your order. Both the California and Wisconsin warehouses are closed on weekends and federal holidays.

You will receive a FedEx or LTL tracking number via email as soon as your product leaves the warehouse. Delivery to your shipping address on file usually takes an additional 3 business days after your shipment leaves the warehouse.

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
